SALES ADVISOR
We are looking for energetic, culturally curious and service-minded Sales Advisors to join our new Stockholm flagship store. As part of the EYTYS team, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring the store reflects our creative direction and cultural standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product knowledge.
- Deliver personal, attentive service that creates long-term relationships.
- Support the team in reaching daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle transactions, returns, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Own and activate clients through clienteling to build lasting connections.
Team Contribution
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a proactive sales culture.
- Contribute to a motivating and respectful work environment.
- Take part in ongoing training sessions and apply learnings in daily work.
Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Support in maintaining stock accuracy, receiving deliveries, and conducting inventory counts.
- Help ensure the store is always tidy, well-presented, and visually aligned with EYTYS’ creative direction.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in footwear.
- Strong interest in fashion, culture, and customer experience.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Starting early December 2025, part time based in Stockholm.
