Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. You can exchange your item online for a different size or a different product(s). 

To be eligible for an exchange, your original item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once we receive your original items back to our warehouse, we will automatically send out the new items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges are free of charge for customers in Sweden, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, and Poland. For other markets, exchange fees may apply to cover shipping, handling, and any additional duties or taxes.

Please note your replacement product will be shipped as soon as your returned item has been received and processed by our warehouse team. This typically takes up to 7 business days, and we’ll keep things moving as quickly as possible to get your new item to you.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the high costs and environmental impact of return shipments, we charge a return fee (see list below per market). This fee is higher for markets outside the EU, as the handling of tariffs and duties adds additional costs. 

Note that you must use the prepaid return label provided, please do not purchase your own return label.

These fees apply to cover high costs of shipping, handling, and any additional duties or taxes.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
