STORE MANAGER
We are looking for a structured Store Manager to lead our new Stockholm flagship
store. This role is responsible for the full day-to-day operations – including sales
performance, team leadership, and hands-on responsibility for service standards,
visual merchandising, and stock flow – while making sure the store reflects EYTYS’
creative direction and cultural standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Performance
- Track and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales to meet targets.
- Set clear goals for staff and support them in reaching individual and store-wide KPIs.
- Contribute to store reports and performance reviews shared with HQ.
Customer Experience
- Lead a proactive sales culture rooted in real connection and product knowledge.
- Ensure every visitor receives personal, attentive service and leaves with a positive experience.
- Handle returns, feedback, and customer issues with care and professionalism.
- Build long-term relationships through clienteling and exceptional service.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train and manage the team.
- Create a motivating, respectful and accountable work environment.
- Conduct product training and daily coaching on sales approach.
- Organize staffing schedules and daily team planning
Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Manage stock accuracy, deliveries, and inventory counts.
- Ensure high standards in store upkeep and visual merchandising.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in sales, preferably footwear, apparel, or accessories.
- 3 years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Interest in fashion, culture, interiors, and customer experience.
- Comfortable with the dynamic nature of retail, including flexible hours and
weekend work.
Starting November 2025, full time, based in Stockholm.
