We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, therefore the time-frame to cancel your order is very limited. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@eytys.com and we will do our best to accommodate. If your order has already been shipped by our warehouse, you can return your order for a refund. However, please note we do not refund shipping costs.
As soon as we have received your return in our warehouse we will start the refund through the same method you used to pay. Your refund will show on your bank account within 10 working days. During peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales and new releases) it could take a little longer. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.
Your replacement product will be shipped as soon as your returned item has been received and processed by our warehouse team. This typically takes up to 7 business days. We try to keep things moving as quickly as possible to get your new item to you.
We know return costs can feel frustrating. Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of footwear, shipping is inherently expensive, and with rising fuel prices costs have only increased over time.
The fee you pay covers only part of the total. We absorb additional shipping expenses on our end as well. We've kept the return fee as low as we can while ensuring the process remains sustainable for us to offer.

No unfortunately online orders need to be returned via our returns portal and sent back to our warehouse.

The shipping cost is based on your shipping country and shipping service. To find out more, seehere. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. Local custom fees may apply outside the European Union.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination.
When ordering within the EU (European Union), all VAT/tax and duties are included in the price. When ordering outside the EU (European Union) all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties and local custom fees may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your shipment.
If you did not receive your order within the delivery window, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Kindly note that we are unable to issue any claims for lost packages after 30 days of the order being shipped.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship any orders to PO boxes.
Returns
You are entitled to return your order within 30 days after receiving the delivery (return must be shipped by day 30). The package may be opened upon receipt but all items returned must be unused (in the same condition received). All original packaging must also be returned unused. Items returned after 30 days of receiving the delivery will be sent back to the customer. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.

As long as your return is in the 30-day return window, you will receive an email that your return has been accepted and a separate email with a return label or QR code.
Place the items in the original boxes (inner and outer boxes if applicable). If the original outer box is not available, a similar sized box must be used.
Attach the return label on top of the original shipping label. If you have a QR code, bring it digitally to the closest drop off point so that they can generate a label.
Sweden: Drop the parcel at your closest PostNord access point. Rest of the world: Schedule a pickup through ups.com, or drop the parcel at your closest UPS access point.
Please check your spam folder to ensure it didn't land there. Otherwise, reach out to info@eytys.com so we can help you further.
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns with our prepaid return label and the carrier indicated on the label. If you make a return with another carrier, we will not be able to ensure the package will arrive at our warehouse. EYTYS will not be able to refund you nor be responsible for the shipping costs and/or lost packages.
We will refund you once we have received and processed your return. Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales and new releases). As soon as we have handled your return we will refund you through the same method you used to pay. Once your return has been processed, your refund will show on your bank account within 10 working days. If you haven’t received your refund within 14 working days, please contact your bank for more information. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund you these charges. If you return your order, please contact your local customs office to request a refund.

Claims / Damaged Items
In case you received a product with a defect, please contact us at info@eytys.com and we will be able to assist you further. Please note that your return will only be accepted if you have reported the issue before sending the product back to us.
Restocks
Restock times vary by product, so the best way to stay informed is to join the waitlist directly on the product page. Simply select your size and click "Notify Me" on any sold out item, and you will be the first to know when it is back in stock.

Product Care
Continuous care of your shoes will prolong their lifespan. Sneakers and sartorial shoes have different needs, and different kinds of materials also require different care.
Your shoes will last longer if you don’t wear the same pair every day. If possible, give them a day off every other day to maintain their vitality.
Always use a shoe horn when putting on sartorial shoes to avoid strain. It’s also a good idea to use one for sneakers. Insert shoe trees when shoes are not worn.
When not wearing your shoes, avoid storing them near radiators or heat sources as heat can dry out rubber and leather. If you’re not using your shoes for a while, insert a shoe tree to help them keep their shape and store them away from direct sunlight.
We do not recommend washing EYTYS shoes in the washing machine.
Canvas: Use sneaker wipes, a damp cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap, or a fabric shampoo. Always let canvas shoes air-dry to avoid rings.
Velvet: May shed fibers with wear—this is normal. You can vacuum or brush velvet, and sneaker wipes are safe for it too.
Wool: Resilient and elastic. Treat new shoes with water-repellent spray to resist dirt and weather, and to preserve their shape.
Suede: Sensitive to water and dirt. Spray with water-repellent before use. Clean with a suede brush when dry, or a sneaker wipe. Avoid water.
Nubuck: Similar to suede but treated to repel dirt and water. Care for it similarly, but it is slightly more resistant.
Leather: For soft, natural leathers: use a repellent spray or wax before wearing. Maintain with leather balms or creams to prevent cracking. Clean dirt with a brush or damp cloth.
Coated Leathers: (e.g., shiny calf, patent): wipe gently with a damp cloth, buff with a soft cloth, and finish with protective cream. Avoid alcohol-based products as they can dull the shine.
Note: Coated leather may crease more visibly since it does not recover like natural-surface leathers. Extra care is recommended.
