CAREERS / E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity contract)

EYTYS E-Commerce team is seeking a talented E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity cover – 9 months) to join the team to manage and run the EYTYS site, reporting to the Head of E-Commerce. The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager’s mission is to ultimately drive sales, optimise collection sellthrough and reduce returns. You will also be responsible for driving and optimising traffic, working closely with our in-house marketing team and managing our Performance Marketing agency. You will support the Head of E-Commerce in developing, driving and executing the global strategy, leading localisation initiatives and engaging the team to find new opportunities to further grow our business.


  • Own global trade reporting, presenting results, insights and actions to the management team and wider business to drive revenue, traffic, CVR and AOV
  • Manage trade planning in close collaboration with the marketing and content team, synchronising efforts to maximise performance of new drops and promotions
  • Manage product curation and product findability on site, increasing performance of the site funnel across VM, product recommendations and on-site search
  • Responsible for our CRM and Email marketing activities, defining strategy, building campaigns and reporting insights on these to generate lead sign ups, drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Owning the relationship of our Performance Marketing agency, creating campaigns with customer journeys that strikes the right balance between brand vision and commercial objectives.
  • Manage the E-Commerce Coordinator, coaching and developing their progression in the business, and internal stakeholders, as well as external partners and consultants
  • Define content requirements for E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Channels, informing digital guidelines for E-Commerce content shoots
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience manager on CRO and UX initiatives to optimise the digital shopping experience, reduce returns and improve engagement
  • Localise trading via site experience, product curation and marketing activities


  • Experience from previous roles within e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in a premium or luxury industry
  • Highly commercial aware, great understanding of the fashion consumer
  • Highly analytical, able to carry out your own analysis, identify opportunities and inform actions and projects from start to finish
  • Experience from working with Google Analytics, CMS tools, website platforms and CRM tools
  • Wants to build and foster a growth culture working with agile methods
  • Keeps up to date on the latest trends within E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
